Just keep it up and we promise your base layer will keep up.

The lifetime warranty includes all base layers from the AW 2022 collection onwards. For warranty claims, please fill in the return form on our website before sending your garment to Craft. After assessment, Craft will send you a new or similar garment in exchange for the faulty garment.

Baselayer Lifetime Guarantee

The Lifetime Guarantee includes all Craft baselayers purchased from the Fall/Winter 2022 season onwards, excluding excessive wear due to any of the following:

- Misuse, improper care and washing

- Accidents or damage from pets, sharp objects etc

- Damage due to fire, flood or natural disasters

- Contaminated, dirty or soiled garments until they are properly cleaned

- Products with missing label

To exchange a defective base layer purchased from our online store or any of our retailers, download the return form here or contact us at customercare@craftsportswear.com. After receiving the return form, please fill it in and send it to us together with proof of purchase and the faulty garment. Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
